Job Advert Description

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Promote and develop sales of products & services to new and existing customers;
  • Providing accurate, timely and professional response and support to customer enquiries and orders;
  • Recognising sales opportunities and converting to deliverable sales;
  • Undertaking customer service activities including verifying and entering of quotes and sales orders;
  • Manage the development of customer solutions via working with a range of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Proactive contacting of  prospective and existing customers and general customer follow up;
  • Administration tasks including reporting and records management;
  • Other duties as reasonably required.

  • Previous sales experience is valuable;
  • A passion for excellent customer service;
  • Ability to efficiently learn new products and services
  • Effective communication (written & oral) skills;
  • High level organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines;
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team;
  • An ability to adapt to a changing environment;
  • Intermediate ability within the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
  • A background in the Marine Industry or Leisure and Adventure Sports Retail will be highly regarded, but not required.
