Job Advert Description

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Development of the National Civil, Industrial and Mining Strategy for delivery by the Survitec Australia business
  • Ownership of the National Civil, Industrial and Mining financial performance
  • Recognition of new products and capabilities for the Australian market
  • Develop customer focused solutions, maximising the cross sector capabilities of Survitec Group;
  • Promote and develop sales of products & service solutions to new and existing customers;
  • Building brand recognition across the broad portfolio of Survitec Group Brands within customer base;
  • Providing accurate, timely and professional response and support to customer enquiries and orders;
  • Recognising sales opportunities and converting to deliverable sales;
  • Manage the development of customer solutions via working with a range of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Proactive contacting of prospective and existing customers and general customer follow up;
  • Administration tasks including reporting and records management;
  • Other duties as reasonably required.

To be suitable for this role you will ideally have the following attributes and experience:

  • Previous experience in a high value key account role within the High-Pressure Gas industry
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Have highly developed client relationship and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for the industry
  • Computer, reporting and analysis skills
  • An organised methodical approach to sales with the drive and initiative to succeed
