Job Advert Description


  • Research and continually source for new revenue opportunities and methods within assigned & new accounts to achieve sales goals.  The main job is to maintain and develop the business for liferafts and MES to the shipbuilders as the maker’s sales job.
  • by controlling, coordinating and supporting our distributers especially Sanyo Trading, visiting them and shipbuilders with them
  • Maintain and develop the business with the shipbuilders who directly deal without distributers.
  • Make the quotation to the distributers and clients
  • Prepare the drawing and documents for the clients (on quotation, after orders, final drawing, etc.)
  • Decide the purchase order of rafts to Dunmurry(UK) head office which to be sent from our Fusa Sato, controlling the order status of liferafts 
  • Control the raft stock and make space to put, and move the rafts. 
  • Arrangements of the cradle for liferats, lashing items, and instruction board for rafts.
  • Issue instruction of shipment and JG inspection of the rafts to our partner SS.
  • Make the detailed list of rafts including the equipments and control the certificates of the rafts.
  • Drive profitable sales growth on new customers or expand our offering on existing clients: Promoting ports and capabilities within area, globally
  • Ensure excellent customer service
  • Secure full compliance with Survitec group sales governance for own portfolio
  • Conduct business reviews with key customers


  • Proven success building and growing accounts (with Marine industry background, Preferred)
  • Extensive experience from leading new sales and/or marketing strategies
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with senior customers
  • Experienced negotiator with proven track record of sales growth
  • Ambitious and a strong desire for success
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial mind-set
  • Ability to work independently by planning and organizing own work
  • IT literate, with experience from working with Excel, MS office, CRM systems etc.
  • Maritime experience is a plus
  • 5 to 10 years of sales experience, Preferred
