- Support Customer Service and Sales team’s enquiries with sourcing of LSA non-standard products.
- Understand the product lines within Survitec and offer intercompany products as priority where possible.
- Communicate closely with all stakeholders to ensure accuracy of product quoted.
- Procure and manage timely deliveries as per customer’s requirements.
- Manage the purchasing process according to established procedures of IFS 8.0.
- Handle all paperwork and authorisations for the orders, ensuring compliance to company and regulatory policies.
- Ensure proper filing according to company’s policies on IFS control processes for audit purposes.
- Verify all invoices against purchase order and delivery order for submission to Finance team.
- NITEC or Polytechnic Graduate with Engineering background
- Fresh Grad or 1-2yrs of work experience
- Able to work well in a team and independently
