Job Advert Description



  • Support Customer Service and Sales team’s enquiries with sourcing of LSA non-standard products.
  • Understand the product lines within Survitec and offer intercompany products as priority where possible.
  • Communicate closely with all stakeholders to ensure accuracy of product quoted.
  • Procure and manage timely deliveries as per customer’s requirements.
  • Manage the purchasing process according to established procedures of IFS 8.0.
  • Handle all paperwork and authorisations for the orders, ensuring compliance to company and regulatory policies.

Documentation Control

  • Ensure proper filing according to company’s policies on IFS control processes for audit purposes.
  • Verify all invoices against purchase order and delivery order for submission to Finance team.



  • NITEC or Polytechnic Graduate with Engineering background
  • Fresh Grad or 1-2yrs of work experience
  • Able to work well in a team and independently
