  • Quotations and inquiries and service works
  • Product preliminary work orders/service chart for service jobs
  • Produce service reports through designated system tool(s)
  • Prepare input for invoicing
  • All other administrative tasks in the Safety Service Department including department correspondence


  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Communicate effectively within a multinational environment
  • Able to manage and motivate own and externally employed service personnel
  • To work under pressure
  • To work on own initiative
  • To work independently as well as in a team
  • To co-operate across organization lines internally and towards customers
  • Systematic and accurate nature
  • Computer literate
