Regional Sales Director - Americas

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marine & Offshore, the Regional Sales Director will lead the Marine Sales and Customer Service organizations in assigned region. Drive sustainable and profitable sales growth across and within region. Contribute to and implement Survitec marine and offshore strategies, policies and performance measurement. Contribute to the development, implementation, growth efficiency and overall profit of the global Company strategy.

What Will You Do?

  • Ensure Commercial Marine, Leisure and Offshore business units have strong customer focused sales with exceptional customer service
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with key accounts
  • Drive profitable sales growth and expansion of market share in the industry by utilizing existing data and reports
  • Plan, create, implement and act within an annual sales plan and budget to ensure achievement of assigned goals
  • Review sales plans and customer account plans regularly to track success and adjust accordingly
  • Drive growth of Marine, Leisure and Offshore market shares in region
  • Actively participate and support the sales force in setting and reaching ambitious goals and targets
  • Contribute to the regional development and implementation of the Company’s Sales, Marketing and Communication strategies
  • Lead the sales and customer services organization and develop their capabilities to meet current and future business needs

What Do We Need From You?


  • Bachelors in Business or related degree (Masters-Preferred)
  • Or a minimum of 5 years’ sales and marketing experience
  • Experience leading sales and/or marketing teams in a maritime industry and/or technical field - Preferred
  • Experience working in an international and/or matrix organization-Preferred


  • Travel up to 50%
  • Overnight travel is required and occasional weekends travel when needed

  • Microsoft Access
