Main Qualifications:


Diploma holder

Minimum 3+ years’ administrative / secretarial experience in a sizable company

Solid communication skills both written and verbal English and Japanese

Strong interpersonal skills

Resourcefulness and result oriented

Commercial mind-set

Ability to multi-task/prioritize and work under pressure.

Manages time effectively, full attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and set priorities for specific assignments

Anticipates needs and/or potential problems; initiate steps to resolve issues.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.

Uses judgment in dealing with sensitive issues. Displays ability to think creatively and strategically on specific assignments.Respect for confidentiality

Works effectively and efficiently both independently and in a team.

Interacts collaboratively with superiors and colleagues; ability to successfully work in a local office environment as part of a larger global firm

“Can do attitude” combined with high level of ambition and strong desire for success.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
