Job Resposibilities:

Support sales team in day to day operations.

Attend to incoming sales orders and enquiries.

Prepare invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders.

Arrange and coordinate timely shipment/delivery.

Process sales documentations, basic administrative duties and data entry.

Follow up on quotes till order received.

Maintain good working relationship with customers and colleagues.

Any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.



Job Requirements:

Minimum GCE ‘O’ level/ Diploma or equivalent.

Team player with initiative, positive attitude and proactive.

Strong communications, good listening and interpersonal skills.

Diligent and detail-oriented individual that is able to work with tight deadlines.

Able to work in a team environment.

Well versed in Microsoft Excel/Outlook.

Good analytical skills

Customer oriented, independent and able to multi task.
