Job Scope

Perform Accounts Payable Function including matching of suppliers’ invoices, reconciliation of Supplier statement and prepare Supplier payments

Process staff claims and petty cash payment accurately in timely manner

Responsible for intercompany transaction and balance reconciliation

Assist in weekly cashflow forecast and bank reconciliation to ensure sufficient fund meets operations needs

Assist in monthly general ledger journal booking and reconciliations

Assist in GST & Corporate tax return and ensure documents are maintained in proper filling system

Maintain balance sheet schedules & fixed asset registrar

Assist in customer debt collection

Assist in month end/year end closing and various group reporting requirements

Assist in Group & local statutory audit

Perform any other duties as assigned by management



Diploma in accountancy or any other equivalent qualification

Preferred with minimum 2 years of accounting working experience

Pro-active, good team player, mature and able to work independently
