Minimum Post-Secondary education, with a High School Diploma or Technical Certificate in Supply Chain/Logistics or its equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in supply coordination or operations in either a 3PL/4PL, shipping or logistics company.
Bachelors’ degree or professional certification from APICS or CIPS, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience are welcome to apply.
Knowledge and experience in handling dangerous goods (DG).
Computer literate, with demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
Good written and oral skills in Japanese and English as the incumbent will be liaising with overseas colleagues.
Proficiency in one of the following enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as SAP, Oracle Netsuite, Sage or IFS
Formal certification in IATA DGR and/or IMDG would be highly desirable.
Willingness to perform overtime work as required (Overtime will be compensated accordingly).
Experience in Survitec related markets and business sector.
