Job Advert Description

Main responsibilities:

 Assist in planning of daily activity with Senior Service Admin on co-ordination and execution
of FRS service work
 Assist in arranging for FRS/Maintenance Team to work on ship/workshop upon request
 Fill in/check work report/KKs sign work report and to check service forms from foreman
 To check and inform classification society about service work
 Improve routines and efficiency of work
 Update own theory and technical skill on service and repair of FRS Maintenance
 Systems/Equipment
 Inform ship/supt. of work progress
 Contribute information on work quality or cancelled/refused jobs for purposes of Q.A. follow up
 Coordinate and follow up enquiries and order from customers
 Manage & co-ordinate Fleet Agreements, follow up on due date list
 1st line support and manage/analysis problem/service jobs for their area in order to
maximise productivity

 Follow up with suppliers in order to meet agreed and confirmed delivery dates; per purchase order and includes updating of purchase orders accordingly
 Ensure continuous communication on the availability and lead times of products with all stakeholders in the logistics chain in relation to the purchase order at hand
 Handle local Supplier invoices and submit to finance dept.



 Minimum 1 years of relevant procurement / purchasing experience, preferably on direct spend categories

 Experienced with negotiating with suppliers and delivering favourable results for the company
 Ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks, working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
 Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work as a team member
 Good written and oral skills in English
