Commercial Support Coordinator


Skills and Experience

*   Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Support.

*   Proven communication skills and a good command of the English language (verbal and written)

*   Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities

*  Computer literate and good command of MS Word, Excel etc.

*  Preferably experience with CRM application.

*  Proactive, self-driven, takes responsibility and delivers results

*  Team player with good interpersonal skills

*  Highly structured


Key Responsibilities

In close collaboration with regional sales, customer services, and the bids and tenders team:

*  Prepare deal proposals based on standard templates and policies.

*  Assist on preparing tender documents and organize a repository of tender responses.

*  For won business, prepare contracts based on standard templates and policies.

*  Co-ordinate approvals of binding proposals and contracts according to DLA policies.

*  Register deal/tender proposals and contracts in the CRM system and keep them updated.

*  Ensure that all contracts have renewal opportunities in place.
