Job Responsibilities:

  • Support financial month end closing, reporting, reconciliation, forecast and planning and uploading to the system.
  • Update, maintain and distribute various reports, such as Management Reports, Sales & Operational Reports, Accounts Receivable Aging Report, Order Intake and Reserve Report, Inventory Aging Report, Inter-Company Reconciliation Report and Statement of Accounts and any other ad-hoc reports on monthly basis
  • Prepare weekly cash flow forecast with comments and variance analysis.
  • Filing quarterly GST returns & yearly fixed assets count.
  • Handle full set of accounts of dormant subsidiaries.
  • Responsible for driving annual budgeting process and provide support to Head of Dept on budgeting
  • To involve and support frontlines on activities for any suggested finance related process improvements.
  • Provide and maintain system access to various reports and tools.
  • Assist in coordinating the preparation of the audited financial statements and all
  • tax returns.
  • Participate to develop and implement the BI solutions based on business units ERP systems and other new reporting distribution tools.
  • Handle a variety of other ad-hoc reporting projects and data analysis as assigned.
  • Key role in migration from various business units ERP systems into a single ERP system.
  • Any other Finance related projects as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCA with CPA/CA.
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing industry or MNC.
  • Good analytical skills, high attention to detail and able to drive change wherever necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to compose and present reports, findings and presentations.
  • Dynamic, positive attitude with an interest in delivering excellent service quality.
  • Ability to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
  • Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Working experience in audit firm preferred.
  • Good PC skills and well versed in Microsoft Excel macro functions is an advantage.
  • Experience in system implementation and application of ERP system is a must.
