Main responsibilities

* To drive profitable sales growth on both current and new customers across all sectors of responsibility.

*Development and deployment of growth strategies and plans for the area and business streams under the position’s responsibility, in conjunction with Operations and (Key) Account Managers across APAC

*Sell and promote the Survitec offering, in collaboration with specialist resources when required.

*To lead, coach & guide a team of (Inside Sales) Account Managers and Customer Service Personnel throughout the area of responsibility, conducting regular sales meetings with a positive and constructive attitude for a strong sales team to be created.

*To develop the competence of the team within the responsible countries or locations

*Create and maintain the Sales Plan for each key account and each relevant account, driving the profitability for these prioritised customers

*Secure maximum buy-in from key customer stakeholders, including senior management, as well as optimal customer relationships across the account teams

*Ensure consistent customer communication and co-ordinated customer activities across the account teams

*Monitor the customer’s business activities. Obtain, share and act upon relevant customer insights

*Manage and develop the account teams globally for each (key) account, including yard/owner collaboration on project sales

*To assume responsibility for the performance of the sales team’s accounts with regards to achieving budget.

*To report on account performance, customer development and take corrective actions

*To develop a comprehensive understanding of the SURVITEC GROUP strategy and efficiently implement within the area of responsibility.

*To support the management of product and service portfolios in the area of responsibility and to ensure that all critical aspects of the market are addressed in a focussed and consistent manner

*To support the management of the introduction of new products and services, and the effective disbandment of products and services that are no longer required

*To ensure full compliance with SURVITEC GROUP sales governance

*To ensure that full and accurate information is available to the Regional Sales Management.

*To ensure that the sales force under his/hers responsibility keeps Customer Information System (Sales Force) in place and fully updated to include visit reports, opportunities, contracts, etc

*Build and review the sales pipeline, top-line revenue, margin performance and initiate corrective actions

*Ensure good and effective collaboration and communication across the account teams

*To assure customer overdue invoice targets are achieved

*Manage the customer contracting, including seeking required approvals prior to offering
