Job Advert Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively support local office and line managers with advice/solutions in regards to people management such as workforce planning, re-organization, recruitment, on-boarding of new employees, training, dismissals, etc.
  • Manage employee documentation, contracts and letters
  • Maintain local office rules & policies in line with local labour law and regulations
  • Assist line managers for implementation of training plan
  • Coordination with internal/external parties for training deliveries
  • Support activities for HR processes and tools such as Performance Development Plan, Employee Satisfaction Survey, etc.
  • Ensure personnel database (Survitec People) and other local personnel administration systems accurate and up to date
  • Delivery HR monthly report for the responsible area include training days, headcount, recruitment status and any others upon request
  • Processing of payroll on monthly basis
  • Any other HR related matters if required

Accountabilities:

  • The position will be measured against
  • Maintain and keep Employee Handbook up to date
  • Data accuracy in Survitec People
  • Monthly report on time
  • Payroll processing on time

QUALIFICATIONS AND CORE SKILLS:

  • Diploma or university degree with HR or business management background from a reputable international organisation
  • Deep understanding on tax and labour law/remuneration standards
  • Results oriented with “hands on” approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good priority setting, time management and organising skills
  • Initiative and team player, able to work independently
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3-year experience in Human Resources or related profession.
