Survitec are looking for an Inside Sales Representative at our site in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The Inside Sales Representative reports to the Regional Sales Director. By proactive contact with customers to create/maintain relationship and drive sales,

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a customer contact plan for assigned customers or customer portfolio, to communicate product launches and engage potential customers in relevant sales campaigns to build new relationships
  • Set clear objectives for each sales contact and evaluate the customer’s level of interest, identifying and responding to areas requiring further information or explanation
  • Identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs
  • Follow up existing customers and identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers
  • Meet the daily, weekly and monthly targets for activity and sales.
  • Develops own capabilities through participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develops and maintains an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices

Experience and qualification

  • High school or further college education preferable in Sales
  • 1-3 years of experience working unsupervised in a (inside sales role)
