Job Advert Description

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading teams to ensure delivery of our product to the customer base
  • Lead the Operational SQDIP process
  • Optimising and improve existing processes to reduce cost and improve health and safety and quality.
  • Develop and support the production managers in introducing new ways of working.
  • Maintaining and improve a strong customer focus culture within the site.
  • Work closely with the HR team on the recruitment and training of new colleagues ensuring that they are fully aligned to Survitec Values.

 

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Business Management is preferred, however, candidates with other recognised engineering qualifications or relevant Management experience will be considered.
  • At least 5 years in a Manufacturing management position, ideally in a fast paced repetitive environment.
  • Experience working with large teams of people in an automated environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and C.I. methodology
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and management of quality and supply chain systems.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
  • Experience of setting up new production facilities and supporting teams through the change / transition process.
